abstract | A method of manufacturing a microstructure, comprising: arranging a formed patch-making sheet in a state in which a lower layer is exposed; arranging the patching sheet on a first process substrate and a second process substrate; sprinkling a viscous composition at a plurality of spaced apart positions on the bottom layer only with respect to the patching sheet disposed on the first process substrate, or at a plurality of spaced apart positions on each of the bottom layers with respect to the patch-making sheets disposed on the first process substrate and the patch-making sheets disposed on the second process substrate; contacting the patch-making sheet disposed on the second process substrate with the viscous composition splashed onto the patch-making sheet disposed on the first process substrate, or contacting the viscous composition, which is splashed onto the sheet patch-making sheet disposed on the second process substrate, with the viscous composition splashed onto the patch-making sheet disposed on the first process substrate; relatively spacing a distance in the vertical direction between the first process substrate and the second process substrate to stretch the viscous composition and to coagulate the stretched viscous composition; and cutting the coagulated viscous composition, wherein arranging the formed patch-making sheet in a state where the bottom layer is exposed includes: arranging the patch-making sheet including a backing layer, an adhesive layer, and a film peelable; removing a portion of the release film from the patching sheet to expose the adhesive layer; and bonding the lower layer to the exposed adhesive layer, wherein the lower layer is manufactured to match the size and shape of the exposed adhesive layer. |
