abstract |
A method of manufacturing a gypsum board comprising the steps of - providing calcium sulfate hemihydrate, - providing tartaric acid in an amount in the range of 0.01 to 0.1% by weight based on the weight of the sulfate hemihydrate calcium; - provide a fluidizer based on polnaphthalene in an amount of 1.0 to 10 kg per m3 of paste; - provide starch in an amount of 3.0 to 12.0 kg per m3 of pasta; - providing an aqueous paste comprising said calcium hemihydrate, fluidizer, tartaric acid and starch; - gluing said paste, - hardening said paste to provide a plasterboard. |
