abstract |
A multifunctional test apparatus and a pharmacological response of a platelet based on a centrifugal microfluidic comprising: a rotating disk (10); a sample chamber (20) that is located in the center of the disk (10) and that is adapted to contain a blood sample; shaking chambers that are connected to the sample chamber (20) in a radial direction, respectively, and that induce a shear flow in the blood sample when shaking the blood sample, in which a shaker (32) is installed rotatably in the shaking chambers (30) and in which a drug (34) that activates or inactivates the aggregation of a platelet is contained in the stirrer (32) in a liquid or solid state, microchannels (40) that are connected to the shaking chambers (30) and which are adapted so that the aggregation and adhesion of a platelet occurs during a migration of the blood sample; sample debris chambers (24) to receive the blood sample that has passed through the microchannels (40); and a measuring piece that is installed in the disk (10) and that measures a migration distance of the blood sample in which the progress of the blood sample is stopped in the microchannel (40) by the aggregation of the platelet . |
