An isolated monoclonal antibody, comprising: a heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising a heavy chain complementarity determining region (HCDR) 1, an HCDR2 and an HCDR3 comprising the amino acid sequences set forth as SEQ ID NO: 7, 8 and 9, respectively, and a light chain variable region (VL) comprising a light chain complementarity determining region (LCDR) 1, an LCDR2 and an LCDR3 comprising the amino acid sequences set out as SEQ ID NO: 10, 11 and 12, respectively (N6 CDR); a VH comprising an HCDR1, an HCDR2 and a HCDR3 comprising the amino acid sequences set out as SEQ ID NO: 13, 14 and 15, respectively, and a VL comprising an LCDR1, an LCDR2 and an LCDR3, which comprise the amino acid sequences set forth as SEQ ID NO: 16, 17, and 18, respectively (CDR of N17); or a VH comprising an HCDR1, an HCDR2 and a HCDR3 comprising the amino acid sequences set out as SEQ ID NO: 7, 8 and 9, respectively, and a VL comprising an LCDR1, an LCDR2 and an LCDR3, which comprise the amino acid sequences set forth as SEQ ID NO: 10, 17 and 18, respectively (CDR of F8); and wherein the antibody specifically binds to HIV-1 gp120 and neutralizes HIV-1 infection. |
