abstract | A pharmaceutical composition comprising: (i) 1-50% by weight of a hydrochloric acid salt of Compound 1: ** (See formula) ** (ii) at least 49.9% by weight of an inert solid diluent selected from powdered cellulose, silicified microcrystalline cellulose acetate, compressible sugar, confectionery sugar, cornstarch and pregelatinized starch, dextrates, dextrin, dextrose, erythritol, ethylcellulose, fructose, fumaric acid, inhalation palmitostearate, lactose for inhalation isomalt, kaolin, lactitol, lactose, cornstarch, microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, maltose, mannitol, medium chain triglycerides, polydextrose, polymethacrylates, simethicone, sorbitol, pregelatinized starch, sterilizable corn, sucrose, β-cyclodexylether sugar spheres talc, tragacanth, trehalose, and xylitol; (iii) 0.1-5% by weight of a non-ionic lubricant selected from canola oil, hydrogenated castor oil, cottonseed oil, glyceryl behenate, glyceryl monostearate, glyceryl palmitostearate, medium chain triglycerides , mineral oil, light mineral oil, octyldodecanol, poloxamer, polyethylene glycol, polyoxyethylene stearates, polyvinyl alcohol, starch and hydrogenated vegetable oil, (iv) 0.1 to 5% by weight of a non-ionic disintegrant selected from alginic acid, cellulose powder, chitosan, colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch and pregelatinized starch, crospovidone, glycine, guar gum, low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose and povidone, and (v) 0.1 to 0.5% by weight of a flow agent selected from powdered cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, hydrophobic colloidal silica, silicon dioxide and talc. |
