titleOfInvention Nose shaping instrument set, performing procedure and nose shaping procedure
abstract Procedure for making instruments for modeling the shape of the nose (1) of an individual, comprising the aforementioned procedure. - from an initial shape (F0), which represents the initial shape of an outer surface of an area of the nose of said individual, called the area to be modeled, such that as this is at an initial instant (t0): - determination of an intended final shape (Ff), which represents the shape that is sought to be obtained in a final instant (tf), for the said area to be modeled of the said individual's nose, and - determination of at least one shape intended intermediate (Fi), which represents a shape that is sought to be obtained in an intermediate instant (ti) located between the initial instant (t0) and the final instant (tf), for the aforementioned area to be modeled of the aforementioned nose individual; and - manufacturing, for each of the aforementioned intended shapes, of at least one modeling instrument (Ii) arranged to be applied and kept in contact with the area to be modeled of the nose of said individual so as to form an obstacle to the cartilaginous growth of the nose of said individual, said modeling instrument comprising a contact surface (Si) that has a stable shape that represents, or corresponds in a complementary way to, the said shape is desired, thus forming a plurality of tools of modeling designed to be applied one after the other on the face of the aforementioned individual in order to guide the cartilaginous growth of his nose, a procedure during which: - the current external shape of the area of the nose to be modeled is recorded ( 1) of the individual, thus facilitating the initial form (F0) characterized in that: - from the mentioned initial form (F0), the growth of the nose is extrapolated to the create a final shape called natural (Fn), which represents the shape that the area to be modeled will take at the final moment in the absence of intervention, and - from the aforementioned final natural shape (and possibly from the aforementioned initial shape) , the intended final shape (Ff) is determined.
