Using a linker, which has the formula: HOQ- (CnH2n) -S (R1) (R2) -CmH2m) -CH2-A, - where n is an integer from 1 to 3 and m is an integer from 1 to 5; - in which R1 and R2 are independently selected from each other from a single electron pair, an oxygen fraction, such as = O, a nitrogen fraction, such as = N-Rx, in which Rx is a group of atoms homogeneous or heterogeneous; - in which A is a conjugation moiety which is a polymerizable moiety -PL-RvC = CRuRw, in which PL is a linking group selected from -O-, -NH-, a -N- substituted, the substituent being a C1-C3 alkyl; -OC (O) -, and an -O- (C (O)) r-CbH2b-, where r is 0 or 1, and b is an integer from 1 to 6, and Ru, Rv, and Rw, independently , represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-C3 alkyl group; as a linker in a drug delivery system, where: - Q is a direct bond or a C = O group and the linker is coupled through its -OH or -COOH group to a bioactive molecule, or - Q is C = O and the linker is coupled through its COOH group to a lipid, cholesterol or a polymer of the drug delivery system. |
