Multifunctional nanoparticles for teragnosis. The present invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to functionalized nanoparticles (NP) to be used in the therapeutics (treatment or diagnosis) of cancer, to pharmaceutical compositions or nanodevices that comprise them and also to the method to obtain said functionalized nanoparticles . The nanoparticles described in the present invention can be used specifically to treat cancer in an efficient manner since they are capable of selectively detecting tumor cells. |
