abstract |
Process for the preparation of a mixture of protein factors from bovine colostrum that comprises the following steps: a) dilution of bovine colostrum, skimming and precipitation of casein at pH between 4 and 6; b) centrifugation to remove the lipid and casein components; c) concentration and diafiltration on a polymeric membrane with a molecular cut-off between 1000 and 20000 Da to reduce the lactose content in the retentate; d) pH adjustment around neutrality and centrifugation; e) filtration; f) drum filling and freezing; wherein step c) is repeated to obtain a retentate having a lactose content <1% calculated with respect to the dry weight. |
