titleOfInvention Electromedical device
abstract Electromedical device (1) without electrical transmission cables for non-ablative plastic surgery, particularly suitable for the treatment of unsightly alterations and / or pathologies of part of the skin of a patient, comprising: - a fastening means (6), configured to be held by a surgeon; - a needle-shaped electrode (3), removably or mountable mounted on said clamping means (6) and having a free end; - a means for generating electricity, comprising an oscillatory circuit to generate a sinusoidal electrical signal having a power value in the range between 0.7 W and 2 W, with an operating voltage of 750 V of alternating current and a frequency comprised between 37.5 kHz and 62.5 kHz, to be applied to said electrode; said electrical signal applied to the electrode being suitable to ionize air at the free end of said electrode, without the device having a reference plate to be applied to the skin of the patient to close the electrical circuit of the electrode.
