Asphalt composition for road pavement comprising: asphalt; a polyester resin; and an aggregate, wherein the polyester resin is a polyester having a constituent unit derived from alcohol component containing 65% by mole or more of an alkylene oxide adduct of bisphenol A and a constituent unit derived from component of carboxylic acid containing 50% by mole or more of at least one selected from the group consisting of terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid and has a softening point of 95 ° C or more and 130 ° C or less and a hydroxyl group number of 20 mg KOH / g or more and 50 mg KOH / g or less, and a ratio of the polyester resin is 5 parts by mass or more and 50 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the asphalt. |
