A water-dispersible polyisocyanate (A), comprising as components (a) at least one diisocyanate or polyisocyanate, (b) at least one surfactant comprising an amine and a mixture of compounds based on the following formulas (I) and (II ) :, ** (See formula) ** in which R1 and R2 independently of each other are alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl, it being possible that each of the indicated radicals is substituted by aryl, alkyl, aryloxy, alkyloxy, heteroatoms and / or heterocycles, said mixture of compounds of formulas (I) and (II) being characterized in that the molar ratio between the compound (II), that is, the monoester type compound, and the compound (I), that is, the diester type compound, is from 5:95 to 95: 5, (c) at least one monofunctional polyalkylene glycol, (d) optionally at least one diol or high molecular mass polyol, (e) optionally at least one diol or polyol of low molecular mass, and (f) at least one solvent (E) comprising (i) at least one ester group of carboxylic acid and (ii) a hydrophilic-lipophilic equilibrium (HLB) value of 7.8 or less calculated by the following formula HLB = 20 * (Mh / M), where Mh means molar weight of heteroatoms and M means molar weight of the molecule. |
