Stent having a tubular structure comprising: a spiral main stent component (400, 1300) having first and second lateral bands (401, 1301; 402, 1302), wherein each of the bands (401, 1301 ; 402, 1302) side has an undulating pattern, in which the first and second side bands (401, 1301; 402, 1302) are intermittently connected; and a fastening element (601, 1001) that provides structural support to the main stent component (400, 1300), the fastening element (601, 1001) comprising a structure selected from the group consisting of fibers, sheets, threads, wires and tapes that wrap around or incorporate itself into the main spiral stent component; characterized by first and second end bands (406, 1306; 407, 1307) having an undulating pattern, wherein said first and second end bands (406, 1306; 407, 1307) form straight cylinders with respect to an axis longitudinal of the main stent component (400, 1300) at the longitudinal ends of the stent. |
