A composition comprising a combination of a TNFα immunoconjugate and an IL2 immunoconjugate for use in a method of treating a skin tumor in a patient by injecting a single dose of the composition, wherein the TNFα immunoconjugate comprises TNFα bound to a antibody molecule that binds to the ED-B extradomain of the fibronectin B-FN splice isoform, and the IL2 immunoconjugate comprises IL2 bound to an antibody molecule that binds to the ED-B extradomain of the cleavage isoform and fibronectin B-FN splicing, wherein the method comprises intratumoral injection of the composition. |
