abstract A method of forming at least one integrated non-compliant or less compliant region on an inflatable balloon, comprising: a. enabling a first layer of balloon material (6) by wrapping a film (3) at a certain angle; b. changing said angle and continuously wrapping said film (3) to provide a next immediate layer, sufficient to create at least one non-compliant or less compliant integrated region (7) on the first layer of balloon material (6) and thus seal the balloon or impart a desired profile after inflation.
