abstract |
The present invention is directed to a submerged combustion furnace for melting ceramic frits by means of a submerged combustion process, said furnace comprising at least one control loop with feedback of the joint weight that regulates on at least one furnace process variable the production ceramic frit. The invention also presents a method of regulating a submerged combustion furnace of these characteristics by means of which a production batch of a ceramic frit with certain characteristics is obtained. The regulation method is implemented in the system by regulating process variables related to the production of molten material during production. |
