A compound having the structure of formula (I): ** Formula ** where: n is 1, 2 or 3; m is 0 or 1; each R1 is independently selected from halo, C1-6 alkyl, and C1-6 haloalkyl; R2 is C1-6 alkyl; R3 is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, or C3-6 cycloalkyl; R4 is a six to twelve membered heteroaryl having at least one aromatic ring and at least two nitrogen atoms, wherein the heteroaryl is optionally substituted with one, two, or three members independently selected from halo, cyano, -NH2 , C1-6 haloalkyl, C1-6 alkyl; and R5 is hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, or propyl; or R5 and R3 together with the atoms to which they are attached optionally form a five-membered heterocyclyl ring; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, double bond isomer, racemate, stereoisomer, enantiomer, diastereomer, atropisomer, or a mixture thereof. |
