A double stranded nucleic acid (dsAN) comprising first and second nucleic acid strands, wherein said first strand is 15-35 nucleotides in length and said second strand of said dsAN is 19-35 nucleotides in length, and wherein said dsAN is complementary to the sequence SEQ ID NO: 2205 of target HAO1 mRNA along at least 15 consecutive nucleotides of said second strand and reduces the expression of HAO1 target mRNA when said dsAN is introduced into a mammalian cell in vivo. |
