A compound according to formula Ix ** Formula ** or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, where: X is C (O); Y is N, CH or CRa; n = 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; A4 is CR4o N, A5 is CR5o N, A6 is CR6o N, A7 is CR7 or N, provided that no more than two of A4-A7 can be N; Ra is (1-4C) alkyl R1 is (i) (3-12C) carbocyclyl or (ii) a 4- to 12-membered heterocyclyl, both (i) and (ii) optionally substituted with one, two, three, four or five R8; R2 is hydroxycarbonyl, hydroxycarbonyl (1-10C) alkyl, or carbamoyl; R3 is hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro, hydroxy, (C1-3) alkyl C (O) O-, (C1-4) alkyl, or (C1-4) alkoxy, where (C1-4) alkyl and alkoxy ( C1-4) are optionally substituted with one or more halogens; R4-R7 are independently H, halogen, amino, cyano, hydroxy, (C1-3) alkoxy, (C1-4) alkyl, (C0-10) alkylaminocarbonyl, (di) (C1-6) alkylaminocarbonyl or (C1-6) aminoalkyl 4), where (1-3C) alkoxy, (1-4C) alkyl, (C0-10) alkylaminocarbonyl, (di) (1-6C) alkylaminocarbonyl and (1-4C) aminoalkyl are optionally substituted with one or more halogens, hydroxy or (1-3C) alkoxy; or a group having the formula optionally substituted with one or more of the following: (1-10C) alkyl, halogen, amino, cyano, hydroxy, (1-3C) alkoxy, and where m is 1, 2, 3, or 4; R8 is halogen, cyano, amino, nitro, hydroxy, H2NC (O) -, (C1-3) alkoxycarbonyl, (di) (C1-6) alkylaminocarbonyl, (C1-4) alkyl, (C3-7) cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl (C3-5), (C1-3) alkoxyaminocarbonyl, 4- to 8-membered heterocyclylcarbonyl, (C3-6) cycloalkylaminocarbonyl, (C1-4) aminoalkyloxycarbonyl or (C1-3) alkoxy, where (C1-3) alkoxycarbonyl, ( di) (1-6C) alkylaminocarbonyl, (1-4C) alkyl, (1-4C) alkoxyaminocarbonyl, 4- to 8-membered heterocyclylcarbonyl, (3-6C) cycloalkylaminocarbonyl, (1-4C) aminoalkyloxycarbonyl and (1-3C) alkoxy they are optionally substituted with oxo, (1-4C) alkyl, (1-3C) hydroxyalkyl, or one, two, or three halogens. |
