A compound having the structure of the following Formula (II): ** Formula ** or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; where R1 is -COOR5; R2 is H; R3 and R4 are independently H, aryl selected from the group consisting of phenyl; naphthyl; tetrahydronaphthyl; indanyl; and indenyl, or heteroaryl having 5 to 10 ring atoms, of which one ring atom is selected from S, O, and N, wherein the aryl or heteroaryl is unsubstituted or is independently substituted with one or more C1-6 alkyl, halogen, OR6, NO2, CN, NH2, NR6R7, NR6COR7 or NR6SO2R7 moieties; R5 is an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms; R6 and R7 are independently hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, heteroaryl having 5 to 10 ring atoms, of which one ring atom is selected from S, O and N, C3-10 cycloalkyl- C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkyl-C3-10 cycloalkyl-C1-6 alkyl, or a C1-6 alkyl heterocycloalkyl or heterocycloalkyl, wherein the heterocycloalkyl has 5 to 16 ring atoms, of which at least a ring atom is selected from S, O and N, which may be optionally substituted with C1-6 alkyl moieties, OR8, COOR8, NR8R9 or NCOR8; R8 and R9 are independently H or an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms; and B is O or S. |
