A use of a cosmetic composition for removing makeup, wherein the cosmetic composition is in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion and comprises: (i) an oil component having a polarity of at least 20 mN / m and comprising a nonpolar oil having a polarity greater than 30 mN / m and a low polarity oil having a polarity in the range of 20 to 30 mN / m with a mass ratio of nonpolar oil to low polarity oil found in the range of 1 to 5, (ii) water, and (iii) an emulsifying component comprising a lipophilic nonionic emulsifier; wherein the viscosity of the cosmetic composition is <= 300 mPa · s, preferably <180 mPa · s. and where the cosmetic composition is coating an applicator and / or is impregnated on it for cosmetic purposes, where the content of the oil component (i) is 22 to 40% by mass, in relation to the total mass of the cosmetic composition. |
