abstract |
An alkene production process, characterized in that it comprises the conversion of a 3-hydroxyalkanoate in said alkene by (i) a first enzyme that has a conversion activity of 3-hydroxyalkanoate in the corresponding 3-phosphonoxyalkanoate; and (ii) a second enzyme that is different from the first enzyme and that has a conversion activity of said 3-phosphonoxyalkanoate into said alkene by decarboxylation and dephosphorylation. |
