titleOfInvention Mobile communication system comprising a cell in a hybrid access mode
abstract A mobile communication system comprising mobile terminals (71) each of which to transmit and receive data according to an OFDM method, (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) as a downlink access method, and according to a SC method -FDMA, Single Career Frequency Division Multiple Access as an uplink access method, a base station (72) arranged in a CSG cell, (Closed Subscriber Group) (72-2), and adapted to operate in a closed access mode wherein one of the specified mobile terminals (71) is adapted to access a CSG cell (72-2), and a base station (72) arranged in a non-CSG cell (72-1) and adapted to operate in an open access mode where one of said unspecified mobile terminals (71) is adapted to access the non-CGS cell (72-1), where each cell is adapted to transmit a CSG indicator that indicates whether the cell is or not CSG, characterized by the fact that the system mobile communication ema includes a cell arranged in a hybrid access mode cell and is adapted to operate in a hybrid mode supporting the closed access mode and the open access mode simultaneously; and because the hybrid cell (4602) is adapted to be able to configure the CSG indicator to indicate that the cell is not the CSG cell and is adapted to transmit a CSG-ID, which is a specific identification number; and that the mobile terminals (71) are adapted to receive the CSG indicator and the CSG-ID transmitted in the broadcast information; and wherein said cell arranged in a hybrid access mode cell belongs to a tracking area, TA (tracking area) of the non-CGS cell (72-1) and the CSG-ID is used to determine if the cell is or it is not a CSG cell.
