Isolated double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA) comprising first and second nucleic acid chains, where each of the first and second nucleic acid chains is at least 25 nucleotides in length and together form a duplex region of at least 25 base pairs, wherein said second strand of said dsRNA is complementary to at least 20 nucleotides of a target ß-catenin sequence, the target ß-catenin sequence being SEQ ID No: 2348 and said dsRNA reduces the expression of the ß-catenin target gene when said Double-stranded nucleic acid is introduced into a mammalian cell. |
