Method for the immediate detection in a drink of a pharmaceutical form illicitly introduced into said drink, said method comprising: * the dissolution in a drink of a pharmaceutical form consisting of: - an active ingredient that modifies the state of consciousness of a patient, - an opacifying agent and perceptible and floating particles in the mouth that have a density of less than 1 and a diameter of more than 500 μm, said particles being microgranules that comprise a neutral support that is insoluble or that has become insoluble in water or in an alcoholic solution by coating with an insoluble polymer or by coating with a lipid substance, and optionally with a fluorescent agent, - at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, said pharmaceutical form being an uncoated solid pharmaceutical form that comes in the form of a chewable tablet or tablet orodispersible, allowing said agent to opacify ante, perceptible particles in the mouth and floating and, optionally, said fluorescent agent, the immediate modification of the organoleptic characteristics of the drink in which said pharmaceutical form is to be introduced, * the detection of the pharmaceutical form in said drink by immediate modification of the organoleptic characteristics of the drink, said modification occurring in less than a minute, preferably in less than 30 seconds, more preferably still in less than seconds, from the introduction of the pharmaceutical form in the drink. |
