A fluid control and processing system (310) for controlling the fluid flow of a fluid sample between a plurality of chambers (313), the system comprising: a housing (312) containing the plurality of chambers (313); a valve body (20) that includes a single main fluid processing region (30) continuously fluidly coupled with a single fluid displacement region (50), the fluid displacement region (50) being able to depressurize to extract the fluid in the fluid displacement region (50) and can be pressurized to expel the fluid from the fluid displacement region (50), including the valve body (20) a plurality of external ports (42, 46) , the main fluid processing region (30) being fluidly coupled with at least one external port, the fluid displacement region (50) being fluidly coupled with at least one external port (42, 46) of the body valve (20) and the valve body (20) being able to rotatably adjust with respect to the plurality of chambers (313) to place at least one external port selectively in fluid communication with the p lurality of cameras (313), wherein at least one of the plurality of cameras (313) is a processing chamber (314), including the processing chamber (314) a first port (326) and a second port (327) to selectively communicate with at least one of the external ports (42, 46) of the valve body (20), the processing chamber (314) providing an additional region of fluid processing, the processing chamber (314) containing a material fluid processing, which is an enrichment material that captures a target from the fluid sample or an exhaustion material that traps unwanted material from the fluid sample. |
