abstract |
Castable material of construction with controllable flow or settlement comprising a) a binder comprising - fly ash comprising 1.5% to 35% by weight CaO and a Loss of Ignition (LOI) value at 950 ° C from 0.5% to 5.5% by weight, representing 10% to 60% by weight of the binder - ground granulated blast furnace slag comprising 40% to 70% by weight CaO and 30 to 60% by weight SiO2, representing 40% to 90% of the weight of the binder, and - water / binder ratio between 0.41 and 0.6, (b) an activator comprising alkaline reagents selected from the group consisting of water glass, preferably in solution with a solid content 30 to 50% by weight, sodium metasilicates and sodium hydroxide, (c) sand with a particle size less than 4 mm, fine aggregate with a particle size greater than 4 mm and a maximum less than 8 mm and aggregate coarse with a particle size greater than 8 mm and a maximum less than 32 mm and (d) tartaric acid or tartaric acid conjugated salts in a dosage of 0.001% to 3% by weight with respect to the binder in combination with Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) Polymers in a concentration range of 0.12% to 0.75% by weight of binder. |
