A modified microorganism that has, compared to its wild type, a reduced activity of the enzyme that is encoded by the pykA gene, in which the activity of the enzyme encoded by the pykA gene is reduced by genetic modification, in which the activity reduction the enzyme encoded by the pykA gene is in the range of 15 to 99%, in which the wild type from which the modified microorganism is derived belongs to the Pasteurellaceae family and in which the wild type refers to the microorganism of natural origin that has not been genetically modified. |
