abstract |
A method of producing mesenchymal stem cells from human pluripotent stem cells, the method comprising: a) culturing human pluripotent stem cells in a state of suspension in a medium free of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) for 14 days to form embryonic bodies; b) Attach the embryonic bodies from step a) to a culture plate and cultivate the embryonic bodies in basic components of Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium (DMEM) containing fetal bovine serum (FBS) without adding external cytokines to induce differentiation of the embryonic bodies and in mesenchymal stem cells; and c) proliferating mesenchymal stem cells proliferatively while maintaining the identity of mesenchymal stem cells. |
