titleOfInvention Procedure of cement or concrete formation by electrolysis
abstract Cement or concrete formation process by electrolysis of an electrolytic brackish medium comprising calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and magnesium hydroxide (Mg (OH) 2), a process comprising the steps consisting of: a. placing a conductive metal structure, or cathode, connected to the negative terminal of an electric current generator in the electrolytic medium; b. place an anode connected to the positive terminal of a generator in the electrolytic medium; c. install a sensor capable of measuring the pH and temperature of the electrolytic medium near the structure; d. feeding the electrodes to polarize the cathode in order to confer a pH with an initial value close to 9.4 to the electrolytic medium; and. decrease the density of the polarization current until a pH value of the electrolytic medium is obtained between 8.35 and 9.4; F. step e) being carried out for a time that depends on the temperature until the CaCO3 / Mg (OH) 2 ratio is between 5 and 20; g. repeating stages d) to f) and imposing a law of variation of the current density according to the cycles.
