A method for adsorbing and extracting or complexing and extracting organic lipophilic turbidity inducing agents from water binding of refined refined lipid phases, characterized by a) providing a lipid phase containing organic lipophilic turbidity inducing agents of water binding, having been subjected the lipid phase to at least one aqueous refining with a neutral or basic solution, b) mixing an adsorption agent and / or a complexing agent with the lipid phase of step a), c) separating the organic lipophilic turbidity inducing agents to the water adsorbed or complexed in step b) by means of a phase separation, wherein the adsorption agent is cellulose, a cellulose derivative or a phyllosilicate and the complexing agent is aluminum ions or iron ions that are present in an aqueous solution |
