Prosthetic component of an articular stent with a sliding surface (19, 24) that is designed to form a sliding joint with a complementary sliding surface (26) of another prosthetic component (11, 23) or the bone support of the joint or soft tissue, the sliding surface (19, 24) being formed by a sliding surface coating (20) applied on the body of the prosthesis component (10, 22) and having the sliding surface coating (20) an antimicrobial action; silver being included in the sliding surface coating (20) and the sliding surface coating (20) comprising a nitride, an oxynitride or an oxide based on a refractory metal, the silver (21) constituting a weight ratio between 2% and 15%, preferably between 3% and 10% in the sliding surface coating (20), characterized in that the refractory metal is titanium. |
