abstract | A method to identify a patient as eligible for CD30-directed therapy, in which the patient has ovarian serous carcinoma, melanoma or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, triple negative breast cancer, undifferentiated pancreatic adenocarcinoma or carcinoma, cancer of microcytic lung, squamous cell lung cancer, endometrial carcinoma, anal squamous cell carcinoma, anaplastic thyroid carcinoma, thymic carcinoma, carcinoma of unknown primary origin, genitourinary squamous cell carcinoma, gynecological carcinosarcoma, Leydig cell tumor or tumor of Sertoli cells, comprising determining the level of CD30 expression in a sample taken from the patient and identifying the patient as eligible for CD30 directed therapy based on the expression of CD30 in the sample. |
