A compound of the general Formula (I) ** Formula ** wherein: R1 and R2 are the same or different and are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, difluoromethyl, cyclopropylmethyl or cyclopropyl; R3 are the same two chlorine atoms in position 3 and 5 of the pyridyl ring; Z is a group (CH2) m where m = 0; A is a phenyl ring, which is optionally substituted with one or more R4 substituents, which may be the same or different and are independently selected from the group consisting of: (C1-C2) linear or branched alkyl optionally substituted by one or more ( C3-C7) heterocycloalkyl and preferably 4-morpholinyl; trifluoromethyl; methylthio; halogen selected from fluoro or chloro; and OR7 wherein R7 is selected from the group consisting of -H; - (C1-C4) alkyl optionally substituted by a radical selected from OH, cyclopropyl, 4-morpholinyl, 1- or 4- piperidinyl, 4-pyridinyl and phenyl; - trifluoromethyl or difluoromethyl; and W is the group -NR9SO2R10 wherein R9 is selected from the group consisting of (C1-C4) alkyl optionally substituted by 4-morpholinyl, 1-piperidinyl, 1-pyrrolidinyl, piperazinyl, 1,2-thiazolidin-3-yl, piperazin-1-ylcarbonyl wherein any of said rings may be optionally substituted with one or more methyl, ethyl or OH; and R11R12N- (C1-C3) alkylene wherein R11 and R12 are independently H or methyl optionally substituted with an OH group; and R10 is selected from the group consisting of (C1-C4) alkyl optionally substituted by (C3-C7) cycloalkyl and (C3-C7) cycloalkyl; their N-oxides in the pyridine ring, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. |
