titleOfInvention Bag for the storage and extraction of a liquid additive in aseptic conditions
abstract Procedure for filling a bag with a liquid additive, for the storage of the additive (Z) in the bag (10; 10.1, 10.2) and for the extraction of the additive (Z) from the bag (10; 10.1, 10.2), in each case under aseptic conditions, with at least two connections (12, 14) arranged in the bag (10; 10.1, 10.2), with means for suspension (20) of the bag (10; 10.1, 10.2) in one position of suspension (A), which are positioned in such a way that a gravity supply of the additive (Z) is made to one of the connections (12, 14), and with an extraction arrangement (100) which is joined, by a part, to one of the connections (12, 14) to extract the additive (Z) from the bag (10; 10.1, 10.2) and that if necessary it can be connected in an accessible way to a fluid and that, on the other hand , ends in an injection needle (100.5) for dosing in a base product (P), the bag (10; 10.1, 10.2) and the extraction arrangement (100) being sterilized as attached d before filling the bag (10; 10.1, 10.2) with the additive (Z), characterized by the following steps a) to i): a) the bag (10; 10.1, 10.2) and the extraction arrangement (100), attached to the bag by the second connection (14) and fixed in the bag, they are first introduced in sterilized state, with respect to the suspension position (A), by the upper end of the bag, in an external packaging bag that is open on one side and serves as outer packing; b) the arrangement formed by the outer packing bag and the bag (10; 10.1, 10.2) is placed by fixing it in an inclined position such that the first connection (12) represents the high point of the arrangement; c) the bag (10; 10.1, 10.2) is filled with the liquid additive (Z) by the first connection (12); d) after the bag is completely filled (10; 10.1, 10.2) the first connection (12) is welded; e) the outer packing bag is closed completely tightly by welding its still open side around the bag (10; 10.1, 10.2); f) the packaged bag (10; 10.1, 10.2) is placed in a dosing device, removed from the external packaging bag and positioned in the dosing device in its suspended position (A) with the means for suspension ( 20) configured as a three-point suspension; g) the injection needle (100.5) at the end, located on the discharge side, of the extraction arrangement (100) is placed in aseptic conditions in its dosing position; h) in terms of time, shortly before dosing the liquid additive (Z) in the base product (P), which circulates in a conduit, an accessible connection to a fluid is created between the inner space of the bag (10 ; 10.1, 2) and the extraction arrangement (100) upon irreversibly breaking a barrier at a controlled breaking point (B) in a folding valve (18) disposed in the second connection (14); and i) the liquid additive (Z) is necessarily transported from the bag (10, 10.1, 10.2) to the injection needle (100.5) with the aid of means acting from the outside in the extraction arrangement (100).
