W5 is N or CR7; W6 is N or CR8; R1 is hydrogen, alkyl, heteroalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, alkoxy, heterocycloalkyloxy, amido, acyl, acyloxy, alkoxycarbonyl, sulfonamido, halo, cyano, hydroxy, nitro, phosphate carbonate, or NR'R "where R 'and R" are taken together with nitrogen to form a cyclic moiety; R2 is unsubstituted amino; R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, heteroalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, alkoxy, heterocycloalkyloxy, amido, amino, acyl, acyloxy, alkoxycarbonyl, sulfonamido, halo, cyano, nitro, cyano , phosphate, urea or carbonate; "alkenyl" refers to a linear or branched hydrocarbon chain radical consisting solely of carbon and hydrogen atoms, containing at least one double bond and having two to ten carbon atoms; "alkynyl" refers to a linear or branched hydrocarbon chain radical consisting solely of carbon and hydrogen atoms, which contains at least one triple bond, having two to ten carbon atoms; "cycloalkyl" refers to a monocyclic or polycyclic radical containing only carbon and hydrogen, and may be saturated, or partially unsaturated, where the cycloalkyl groups include groups having 3 to 10 ring atoms; "heterocycloalkyl" refers to a stable 3 to 18 membered non-aromatic ring radical comprising two to twelve carbon atoms and one to six heteroatoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur; "aryl" refers to an aromatic radical with six to ten atoms in the ring that has at least one ring that has a conjugated pi electron system that is carbocyclic; "arylalkyl" refers to an (aryl) alkyl radical where the arylalkyl moiety is attached through the alkyl part of the moiety; "heteroaryl" refers to a 5-18 membered aromatic radical that includes one or more ring heteroatoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, and which may be a monocyclic, bicyclic, tricyclic or tetracyclic ring system; "heteroarylalkyl" refers to a moiety that has a heteroaryl moiety connected to an alkyl moiety, where the connection to the rest of the molecule is through the alkyl group; "alkoxy" refers to the group -O-alkyl, which includes 1 to 8 carbon atoms of linear, branched and cyclic configuration and combinations thereof attached to the precursor structure through an oxygen; "heterocycloalkyloxy" refers to a (heterocycloalkyl) -O- moiety, where the heterocycloalkyl moiety is attached through a carbon atom to oxygen, where oxygen functions as a linker to bind the moiety to an "amido" compound refers to to a chemical moiety with formula -C (O) N (R) 2 or -NHC (O) R, where R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl attached through a ring of carbon and heteroalicyclic bonded through a carbon ring, each of these moieties may itself be optionally substituted, or where R3 is amido of formula -C (O) N (R) 2, said groups (R) 2 taken together with the nitrogen to which they are attached form an optionally substituted 4, 5, 6 or 7 member ring; "amino" refers to a radical group -N (Ra) 2, where each Ra is independently hydrogen, alkyl, fluoroalkyl, carbocyclyl, carbocyclylalkyl, aryl, aralkyl, heterocycloalkyl, heterocycloalkylalkyl, heteroaryl or heteroarylalkyl;
