Sulfated hyaluronic acid for topical use for the treatment of fibrin clots and thrombi that form at the skin level, where sulfated hyaluronic acid is for use in fibrinolysis / debridement of clots and thrombi and where said sulphated hyaluronic acid has a degree of sulfation equal to 1 or 3, intended as the number of sulfate groups per unit of disaccharides, said sulphated hyaluronic acid being prepared from a hyaluronic acid (HA) having a molecular weight ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 Da or from 150,000 to 250,000 Da or from 500,000 to 750,000 Da, with the sulfatation involving alcohol hydroxyls present in the polysaccharide (HA) chain. |
