abstract | A thermoplastic resin composition formed by mixing a polyolefin resin, a polyamide resin and a compatibilizer, characterized in that said compatibilizer is a modified elastomer in which a reactive group that reacts with said polyamide is incorporated into an elastomer, said elastomer is a thermoplastic elastomer based on an olefin and is selected from the group consisting of a copolymer of ethylene and 1-butene (EBR), a copolymer of ethylene and 1-pentene, a copolymer of ethylene and 1-octene (EOR), a copolymer of propylene and 1-butene (PBR), a copolymer of propylene and 1-pentene, and a copolymer of propylene and 1-octene (POR), with respect to 100% by mass of the total of said polyolefin resin, said polyamide resin and said compatibilizer, a content of a component derived from said polyolefin resin is comprised in a range from 35% to 90% by mass, and a content of a component derived from said compatibilizer is comprised in u In a range of 1% to 50% by mass, said thermoplastic resin composition has a structure in separate resin phases that is observed with an electron microscope, said structure in separate resin phases has a continuous phase, a dispersed phase that is dispersed in said continuous phase and a dispersed subdomain in said dispersed phase, and the average diameter of said dispersed subdomain is comprised in a range from 5 to 1,200 nm, said continuous phase is formed by said polyolefin resin, and said dispersed phase is formed by said polyamide resin. |
