In vitro method to diagnose and / or predict relapse or non-relapse of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) in a subject, comprising the steps of: a) determining the expression level from a biological sample of a subject of at least two biomarkers selected from the group consisting of desmoplakin, Rho GTPase activating protein 1, epiplakin, glucose-6-phosphate 1-dehydrogenase, isocitrate dehydrogenase [NADP], type I keratin of cytoskeleton 19, type I keratin of cytoskeleton 8, protein 3 related to dihydropyrimidinase and thrombospondin-1, in which one of said two biomarkers is desmoplakin; and b) comparing said expression level with a reference expression level of said biomarkers. |
