A disulfide-linked multivalent multifunctional protein, characterized in that it comprises - one or two antigen-presenting domains, - an antibody Fc region, and - one or more antigen-binding sites, wherein the antigen-presenting domain comprises at least one antigen-presenting domain. N to C terminal direction either (i) a β2 microglobulin, and (ii) the α1, α2, and α3 extracellular domains of an MHC class I molecule with a relative frequency of less than 1%, or (i) domains extracellular α1, α2 and α3 of an MHC class I molecule with a relative frequency of less than 1%, and (ii) a β2 microglobulin, or (i) a peptide that elicits a T lymphocyte response, (ii) ) a β2 microglobulin, and (iii) the α1, α2, and α3 extracellular domains of an MHC class I molecule with a relative frequency of 1% or more, or (i) a peptide that elicits a T lymphocyte response , (ii) the extracellular domains α1, α2 and α3 of an MHC molecule of class I with a relative frequency of 1% or more, and (iii) a β2 microglobulin, in which the antigen binding site binds to a surface antigen of cancer cells, in which the antigen-presenting domain has at least two unnatural cysteine residues that form an intrachain / interdomain disulfide bond. |
