abstract | Endophytic fungi HTF58 Alternaria alternata and HRO8 Fusarium acuminatum of Artemisia thuscula and Artemisia austriaca as antifungals for agricultural use. Diseases and pests are a major agricultural problem. The present invention proposes new products with biocidal activity obtained from endophytic fungi. More specifically, the invention refers to extracts obtained from endophytic fungi of Artemisia spp., which have biocidal activity of interest in agriculture, which makes them an alternative to the chemical synthesis products traditionally used. Specifically, the biocide activity is exerted against pathogenic fungi that affect crops of great economic importance. These extracts come from natural sources, can be obtained in large quantities by culturing in bioreactors and can be used directly in the formulation of phytosanitary products or subjected to appropriate techniques to obtain fractions/subfractions/compounds with defined activity. |
