An anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical composition comprising (i) the compound of formula 1: ** Formula ** or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof having a particle diameter of 50% volume (d (0.5)) of 3 μm a 9 μm measured by laser diffraction, (ii) a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent, and (iii) a pharmaceutically acceptable lubricant, wherein the compound of formula 1 exists in crystalline form A which has the results of X-ray diffraction analysis with radiation of Cu shown in table 1 and a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) profile obtainable by heating at a rate of 10 ° C / min from 25 ° C to 220 ° C, said DSC profile having a peak in a range from 175.62 ° C to 178.35 ° C : ** Table ** or where the compound of formula 1 exists in the crystalline form G which has the results of X-ray diffraction analysis with Cu radiation shown in table 2 and a differential scanning calorimetry profile (D SC) obtainable by heating at a rate of 10 ° C / min from 25 ° C to 220 ° C, said DSC profile having a peak in a range from 181.06 ° C to 186.16 ° C: ** Table ** or where the compound of formula 1 exists in a mixture of crystalline form A and crystalline form G. |
