abstract | A compound of formula (I): ** Formula ** or one of its enantiomers, a mixture of enantiomers or a mixture of two or more diastereomers, or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates or hydrates, in which: X is NH, and Y is S (O) 2; or X is S (O) 2, and Y is NH; R 'is hydrogen, halogen, cyano, OH, OC (O) Ra, C (O) Ra, C (O) ORa, C (O) NRaRb, 10 NRaC (O) Rb, NRaRb, OS (O) Ra, SRa, S (O) Ra, S (O) 2Ra, S (O) 2NRaRb, NRaS (O) 2Rb, (C1-C8) alkyl, alkenyl (C2-C8), alkynyl (C2-C8), alkoxy (C1 -C8), alkenyloxy (C2-C8), alkynyloxy (C2-C8), cycloalkyl (C3-C8), or cycloalkyloxy (C3-C8), in which alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, alkynyloxy, cycloalkyl and cycloalkyloxy are each optionally substituted with one or more halogens; n is 2, 3, or 4; each time R appears, this is independently (C1-C6) alkyl, (C2-C8) alkenyl, (C2-C8) alkynyl, or (C3-C8) cycloalkyl; and Ra and Rb are each independently hydrogen, (C1-C8) alkyl, (C2-C8) alkenyl, (C2-C8) alkynyl, (C1-C8) heteroalkyl, (C3-C8) cycloalkyl, (C7-C12) ), phenyl, 5-6 membered heteroaryl, or 3 to 7 membered heterocyclyl; or Ra and Rb together form a ring of 3 to 10 members; with the proviso that the compound is none of N- (3,5-bis (trifluoromethyl) phenyl) -2,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonamide, N- (3,5-bis (trifluoromethyl) phenyl) -2,5-dimethylbenzenesulfonamide , N- (3,5-bis (trifluoromethyl) phenyl) -3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonamide, N- (3,5-bis (trifluoromethyl) phenyl) -2,4,6-trimethylbenzenesulfonamide, N- (3,5- bis (trifluoromethyl) phenyl) -2,3,5,6-tetramethylbenzenesulfonamide, N- (2,6-dimethylphenyl) -3,5- bis (trifluoromethyl) benzenesulfonamide, N- (3,5-dimethylphenyl) -3,5 -bis (trifluoromethyl) benzenesulfonamide, and N- (2-isopropyl-6- methylphenyl) -3,5-bis (trifluoromethyl) benzenesulfonamide. |
