abstract | A method for producing a dispersion concentrate comprising agrochemicals, the method comprising: a. dissolving or suspending at least one agrochemically active ingredient in a non-aqueous curable liquid mixture comprising at least one suitable crosslinkable epoxy resin selected from monomers, oligomers, prepolymers and mixtures thereof; b. emulsifying said dispersion concentrate in a second liquid containing dispersant or surfactant to a droplet size of from 0.1 to 200 microns; and c. crosslinking the epoxy resin mixture to produce cured thermosetting epoxy resin polymeric particles having at least one agricultural active ingredient distributed therein; and wherein said dispersion is not a Pickering dispersion; and wherein said dispersion comprises a continuous liquid phase and a dispersed phase. |
