abstract Drain valve (1) intended to be implanted under the skin of a patient and to drain cerebrospinal fluid, the indicated valve comprising: - a body (2) defining a chamber (3) into which an inlet opening (5) ) and an outlet (6) of the cerebrospinal fluid, - a plug (11) capable of at least partially or even completely sealing the inlet opening (5), an elastic recoil member (13) arranged to exert a force on the plug (11) in order to push it elastically into the inlet opening so that the passage of cerebrospinal fluid through the inlet opening is only possible if its pressure is greater than or equal to an opening pressure, - a rotor (8) housed in the chamber, capable of rotating around an X axis between two extreme positions and comprising a cam track (19) on which the elastic recoil member (13) rests so that the force exerted by the organ of elastic recoil (13) on the plug (11) is modified by the rotation of the rotor (8), the indicated valve being characterized in that the cam track is defined by an internal profile of the rotor, oriented towards the X axis, so that the elastic recoil member (13) exerts, on the cam track (19) of the rotor (8), a force called "tensile force", comprising a centrifugal component relative to the X axis.
