abstract Fluorescence imaging system for a surgical block comprising a device (B) for lighting a surgical block capable of emitting a white light and a fluorescence imaging device (I), said device (I) comprising fluorescence imaging: - a light source (S) capable of emitting excitation radiation (LE) of a fluorescent marker in a range of emission wavelengths (LF) between 600 and 900 nm, - a detector ( D) adapted to detect the fluorescent radiation (LF) emitted by said marker under the effect of an excitation by said light source (S), - a filter (FD) of the detector (D) comprising a high pass or band pass filter ( FD1) adapted to block excitation radiation (LE) and transmit to the detector (D) photons whose wavelength is included in the wavelength range of fluorescent radiation (LF) emitted by said mark dor, the system comprising on the other hand a low pass filter (FB) placed in front of the lighting device (B) and whose cut-off wavelength (λBmax) is less than the emission range (LF) of the fluorescent marker, said filter being able to low pass (FB) despite presenting a rise or attenuation fluctuations for wavelengths greater than the emission range (LF) of the fluorescent marker, the system being characterized in that the detector filter (FD) comprises a low pass filter (FD2) combined with the high pass or band pass filter (FD1) in such a way that, in a range (ZD) of wavelengths that extend from an upper cut-off wavelength (λmax) shorter than the length waveform from which a rise or fluctuation of the low pass filter attenuation of the lighting device is observed, the product of the filter attenuation (FD) of the detector and the low pass filter attenuation (FB) of the disposi Lighting effect leads to an attenuation by a factor of at least 106.
