Dispersion of nanoparticles of tin oxide doped with antimony (ATO) in an organic solvent, consisting of a) 30-70% by weight of modified ATO nanoparticles with 20-40% by weight of 3- methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane as a compound of grafting (in relation to ATO particles) having an average average size between 1 and 100 nm as measured with dynamic light scattering according to ASTM 4519.1; b) a solvent comprising a hydroxyl group and an ether group, wherein the solvent is selected from the group consisting of 1-methoxy-2-propanol, 2-methoxy-1-propanol, 3-methoxy-1-butanol and 2- methoxy-ethanol; c) a water content of less than 15% by weight; d) in which the dispersion is free of dispersants and in which the dispersion optionally contains residual graft compounds and optionally coupling products of residual graft compounds coupled together and optionally hydrolyzed graft compounds. |
