abstract | Sanitizing product of textile products and procedure for obtaining said product. # It consists of nanocomposites that include natural or synthetic clay nanoparticles, silver ions (Ag {sup, +}), and organic modifiers with retention function in the nanoparticles of clay from said silver ions. It incorporates as precursor additives of the expander type, compatibilizing agents, and / or functionalizing agents. # The process of obtaining comprises the steps of reduction of the particle size below 30 microns, classification of the particles, obtaining of laminar nanoparticles well in liquid suspension or powder well by subsequent drying; mixing of the resulting powder with silver ions (Ag {sup, +}); addition to precursor laminar structures of the expander type; of compatibilizing agents and functionalizing agents, and penetration of said precursors and agents in the laminar nanoparticles. |
