abstract |
A solid dispersion comprising 5% to 75% by weight of 5-ethyl-2- {4- [4- (4-tetrazol-1-yl-phenoxymethyl) -thiazol-2-yl] -piperidin-1-yl} -pyrimidine and a water soluble biologically compatible polymer, in which 25% to 100% by weight of 5-ethyl-2- {4- [4- (4-tetrazol-1-lphenoxymethyl) -thiazole-2- yl] -piperidin-1-yl} -pyrimidine is non-crystalline, and wherein said water soluble biologically compatible polymer is cellulose acetate phthalate. |
