Process for the production of a composite material of lithium and carbon iron phosphate comprising the following steps: - formation of a mixture of precursors containing at least lithium phosphate, iron (II) phosphate and a material containing carbon , in an inert atmosphere, - grinding of said mixture of precursors obtained and - calcination during which the pyrolysis of the carbon-containing material takes place and the formation of lithium iron phosphate crystals, characterized in that said grinding is an industrial nano-grinding with balls of high energy for a predetermined time sufficient to provide the precursor mixture with sufficient mechanical activation energy to obtain micrometric mixed aggregates of nanometric particles, said nonometric particles have a mean size measured by transmission microscopy of less than 50 nm and said mixed aggregates have a mean size (D50) measured by laser granulometry in methanol between 0.5 and 60 µm, and because the calcination is carried out in said ground mixture of mixed micrometric aggregates of nanometric particles. |
